SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) in Leipzig

Join our team as an SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d), where you will take a lead role in implementing and optimizing SAP HCM solutions.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in SAP HCM modules and a passion for delivering transformative HR solutions.

What You Offer:

Lead end-to-end implementation projects of SAP HCM, including modules like Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
Collaborate with clients to analyze and document HR business processes and requirements.
Customize and configure SAP HCM modules to align with client-specific needs using SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.
Integrate SAP HCM with other SAP modules and third-party systems using SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Integration.
Provide expertise in data migration strategies, ensuring accurate and seamless data transitions.
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and HR stakeholders.
Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
Stay current on the latest SAP HCM updates, features, and innovations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and proposal development.

Great to Have:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM.
In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules and configuration.
Proficiency in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for user interface customization.
Strong understanding of data migration best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
SAP HCM certification is a plus.
Experience with SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Integration.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors for cloud-based HR solutions.
Ability to travel for on-site client engagements.
